Delivery and Pick up information

At ForceDiam, we provide fast and reliable delivery throughout Ireland for diamond core drill bits, concrete cutting equipment, accessories and professional drilling tools.

Orders are delivered by DPD using a fully tracked service. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days, depending on the destination and courier workload. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking updates by email or SMS.

Alternatively, you can collect your order from our business address. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm that your order is ready for collection.

How to Return an Item

Email us at info@forcediam.ie with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.

We will review your request and confirm the return instructions.

Repack the item securely to prevent damage during transport.

Drop the parcel at your chosen DPD drop-off or return location, or follow the return instructions provided.

Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

We take care to supply quality products suitable for professional and trade use. If you need to return an eligible item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at info@forcediam.ie within 14 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back to us within a further 14 days.

Customers must return items unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Furthermore, they should be returned in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, installation, wear, damage, or modification may not be accepted for return.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery through DPD.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your DPD tracking number. You can check the delivery status at any time using the official DPD tracking service.

Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days, depending on the destination and courier workload.

If the tracking status has not been updated for more than 24 hours, or if the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us. Include your name, order number and DPD tracking number, and we will investigate your delivery as soon as possible.

Do you deliver on public holiday?

Courier deliveries are not normally made on public holidays. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day, and delivery will follow the standard DPD schedule.

Is next-day delivery available for all orders?

Next-day delivery may be available for some orders, depending on the destination, the time the order is processed and DPD availability. However, it cannot be guaranteed for every location. Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing it. We will check whether next-day delivery is available for your area.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, DPD deliveries may require a signature or confirmation of receipt. If you are unavailable, another person may accept the parcel on your behalf, or you can contact DPD to rearrange the delivery.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Depending on availability in your area, DPD may offer options to reschedule the delivery, leave the parcel in a safe place, or redirect it to a local DPD Pickup point.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us at info@ralkore.ie as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. If your order has already been dispatched, changes may need to be managed directly through DPD, where available.
