7. Placing an Order
By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected products or services under these Terms.
After an order is submitted, you may receive an automated acknowledgement.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we:
- Confirm acceptance of the order;
- Dispatch the goods; or
- Otherwise clearly confirm that the order has been accepted.
8. Refusing or Cancelling an Order
We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where:
- A product is unavailable;
- The price or product information contains an error;
- Payment is not authorised;
- Fraud or misuse is suspected;
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed;
- The customer has provided incomplete or inaccurate information;
- The order breaches these Terms;
- A legal or regulatory requirement prevents supply;
- There is another legitimate reason.
Where we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
9. Prices, Taxes and Delivery Charges
Prices are displayed in euro unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable VAT, delivery charges and other costs will be shown on the website or during checkout before the order is placed.
Prices may change at any time, but a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
If a pricing error is identified before acceptance, we may:
- Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price; or
- Cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using a payment method offered during checkout.
Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors.
You must provide complete and accurate:
- Billing information;
- Cardholder or account information;
- Contact information;
- Payment authorisation.
We may delay dispatch until payment has been received and verified.
11. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:
- Offer an alternative;
- Provide an updated delivery estimate;
- Cancel the affected item;
- Refund the relevant amount.
We will not supply a materially different substitute without your agreement.
12. Delivery
ForceDiam provides delivery throughout Ireland to locations supported by our delivery service.
Orders are normally delivered by DPD or another appropriate courier.
Standard delivery normally takes approximately 1–3 working days, depending on:
- Product availability;
- Destination;
- Time the order is processed;
- Courier workload;
- Public holidays;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date.
Next-day delivery may be possible for some orders but cannot be guaranteed for every product, order or location.
13. Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number.
Tracking information is supplied by the courier and may take time to update after dispatch.
Customers should contact us if:
- Tracking has not updated for more than 24 hours;
- The estimated delivery date has passed;
- The parcel appears to be delayed or lost.
Please provide your name, order number and tracking number.
14. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where legally permitted.
15. Delivery Attempts
Depending on availability, DPD may offer options to:
- Rearrange delivery;
- Leave the parcel in an approved safe place;
- Deliver to another authorised person;
- Redirect the parcel to a local DPD Pickup point.
Available options depend on the delivery area, courier rules and parcel type.
16. Public Holidays
Courier deliveries are not normally made on public holidays.
Orders placed on a public holiday will normally be processed on the next working day, subject to stock availability.
17. Collection
Customers may collect an order from:

18. Risk and Ownership
Subject to applicable consumer law, risk in the goods passes when the order is delivered to:
- The customer;
- A person nominated by the customer;
- Another agreed recipient.
Ownership of the goods passes only after full payment has been received.
19. Inspection Following Delivery
Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as reasonably possible.
Report any:
- Visible damage;
- Incorrect product;
- Missing item;
- Material defect.
Failure to report an issue immediately does not remove statutory consumer rights.
20. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Consumers who purchase online generally have the right to cancel most orders within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us of cancellation, the consumer generally has a further 14 days to return the goods.
Legal exceptions may apply, including to certain:
- Custom-manufactured products;
- Personalised goods;
- Specially modified products;
- Goods excluded under applicable law.
Further information is available in our Refund and Returns Policy.
21. Business Customers
Some consumer protections, including the online cooling-off period, do not apply to purchases made mainly for trade, business, craft or professional purposes.
Business and trade purchases may be subject to separate commercial terms.
22. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights concerning products that are:
- Faulty;
- Damaged;
- Not as described;
- Not of satisfactory quality;
- Not fit for an agreed purpose;
- Incorrectly supplied.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include:
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Price reduction;
- Refund.
23. Commercial Warranties
A product warranty is additional to any statutory rights that apply.
Warranty coverage may depend on:
- Product type;
- Manufacturer terms;
- Correct installation;
- Correct use;
- Proof of purchase;
- Nature of the fault.
Warranty coverage will not normally apply to:
- Normal wear;
- Worn diamond segments;
- Misuse;
- Incorrect speed;
- Insufficient cooling;
- Excessive pressure;
- Incompatible machinery;
- Accidental damage;
- Unauthorised modification or repair.
24. Re-Tipping and Repair Services
Items submitted for re-tipping, inspection or repair may need to be assessed before work is accepted.
Not every barrel or tool is suitable for re-tipping.
We may refuse work where the item is:
- Cracked;
- Bent;
- Structurally damaged;
- Excessively worn;
- Unsafe;
- Unsuitable for the requested service.
Any quotation may be revised where hidden damage or additional work is identified.
We will seek approval before performing materially different additional work.
Completion times are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly agreed.
25. Custom and Special-Order Products
Products made, ordered, cut or modified specifically for a customer may not be eligible for cancellation due to a change of mind.
This does not remove applicable rights where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
26. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events.

32. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
33. No Waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not mean that the right to enforce it has been waived.
