ForceDiam Quality & Manufacturing Warranty
The Diamond Core Drill Bit Warranty from ForceDiam protects customers against defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing quality present at the time of delivery.
ForceDiam provides this warranty when a product fails because of a proven manufacturing defect or faulty material during normal and correct use. Additionally, we inspect our products before dispatch to maintain consistent quality standards.
1. Diamond Core Drill Bit Warranty Coverage
ForceDiam covers faults caused by:
-
defective materials;
-
manufacturing defects;
-
poor workmanship during production;
-
failure of non-consumable components during normal use;
-
products that do not match the stated ForceDiam specification.
This Diamond Core Drill Bit Warranty applies to diamond core drills, core barrels, drill bits, drilling accessories, and related equipment only when a manufacturing or quality defect causes the failure.
2. What ForceDiam Will Do
If our inspection confirms a manufacturing or quality defect, ForceDiam may:
-
replace the product; or
-
refund the purchase price.
However, customers may need to return the product for inspection before we make a final warranty decision.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
-
worn diamond segments, drill bits, or core barrels;
-
damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, overload, overheating, or impact;
-
damage resulting from use outside the recommended specification;
-
damage caused by drilling unsuitable materials;
-
damage caused by insufficient water cooling where water cooling is required;
-
unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations;
-
accidental damage;
-
damage resulting from improper storage, transport, or handling;
-
commercial abuse or excessive use beyond the product’s intended rating.
Furthermore, ForceDiam considers reduced cutting performance caused by normal use to be wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect.
4. Inspection and Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
-
proof of purchase;
-
product details;
-
a description of the fault;
-
photographs or video evidence where possible;
-
information about how the product was used.
After receiving the information, ForceDiam will inspect the product and determine whether the issue falls within the scope of this warranty.
If our inspection shows that a manufacturing or quality defect did not cause the issue, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, inspection fees, or repair costs where applicable.
5. Consumer Rights in Ireland
This warranty supplements the customer’s statutory rights and does not replace or limit those rights.
In Ireland, warranties and guarantees operate separately from statutory consumer rights. Therefore, consumers may still have legal rights against the seller when products are faulty.
The Consumer Rights Act 2022 applies to consumer contracts in Ireland and provides protection when goods do not conform to the sales contract.

6. Business and Trade Use
When customers purchase products for business, trade, or professional use, ForceDiam may limit warranty coverage to manufacturing defects unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Additionally, ForceDiam does not accept responsibility for loss of earnings, labour costs, project delays, indirect losses, or consequential losses unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Final Warranty Statement
ForceDiam stands behind the quality of its products. If a genuine manufacturing or material defect occurs, our team will work directly with the customer to resolve the issue through replacement or refund where appropriate.
As a result, customers can purchase ForceDiam products with confidence, knowing that we support the quality and performance of every product we supply.
